{"id":974,"date":"2023-05-11T14:43:52","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T12:43:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/corporate.quadram.site\/master\/?page_id=974"},"modified":"2023-06-01T15:20:33","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T13:20:33","slug":"application-support-technician","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/corporate.quadram.site\/?page_id=974","title":{"rendered":"Application Support Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Support Technician<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfaf La mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to ongoing growth in our business, we have a vacancy for a level 1 and 2 support technician to assist our clients on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Incident management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Handling level 1 and 2 client incidents by telephone and email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnosing and identifying problems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling and monitoring incidents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolving incidents or escalating them to level 3 support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Helpdesk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receiving and handling customer requests regarding the use of Quadram solutions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing customer relations in conjunction with the sales team to offer advice and support to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ticketing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dealing with incident declarations and suggestions for improvement from users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logging requests in the ticketing platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping update the knowledge base on an ongoing basis by providing data about incident resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training and int\u00e9gration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training users in Quadram solutions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Producing deliverables for user training or assistance (training materials, user documentation, FAQs, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration and maintenance of Quadram solutions in client environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf93 Your profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Advanced technical training (2-year degree or equivalent) in computer science, with at least 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strong IT skills are essential, especially in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operating systems (Windows, MacOS and Linux);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Networks (TCP\/IP, server, NAS, Active Directory, NTFS rights);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowledge of programming and\/or SQL is an asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have excellent listening and communication skills and you appreciate human contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your analytical approach helps you to grasp situations quickly and find solutions easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are meticulous, organised in your tasks and conscientious in your work, and you see customer satisfaction as a priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are cooperative, you like working in a team and adapt easily to changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Languages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An excellent command of German is essential, together with at least one of the following languages: French or English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any other language is an asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc4 Our proposal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Permanent full-time contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normal working hours are Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6pm, with working periods of 8 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary will be negotiated depending on profile and professional experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The position is available immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Application Support Technician \ud83c\udfaf La mission Due to ongoing growth in our business, we have a vacancy for a level 1 and 2 support technician to assist our clients on a daily basis.
