Ergo Support and Training Technician

🎯 The mission

As an Ergo support and training technician, your mission will be to help provide an optimal user experience for Ergo solutions by supporting our customers on a daily basis.

You will thus be responsible, through training and technical assistance, for transmitting knowledge and good practices of our software and for solving common problems of use.

🎓 Your profile

You come from the building and construction industry, have a higher education in engineering or architecture and have significant professional experience.

You have a strong appetite for computers and new technologies. Generally, it is you who is called upon for an Excel formula, a keyboard shortcut or even that famous little thing that you have configured on your computer and that you are envied everywhere.

You are looking for new professional opportunities and want to join a human-sized, dynamic and warm team.

You enjoy learning as much as transmitting and sharing, you have a sense of quality and customer satisfaction, and know how to listen to needs and find lasting solutions.

📄 Our proposal

Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., face-to-face in our spacious and comfortable premises in Soleuvre.

Remuneration and benefits to be negotiated according to skills and professional experience.
