E-invoicing
The e-invoicing module for the ErgoOffice and ErgoEntrepreneur software applications is an integrated tool for sending invoices in structured electronic format (XML – UBL) via the Peppol distribution network.
Description
It meets the requirements of building and construction professionals who prepare invoices for public bodies, in terms of:
- Time savings: the e-invoicing module is integrated into ErgoOffice and ErgoEntrepreneur so that users can create and send electronic invoices without leaving their workspace.
- Optimising invoicing workflows: as electronic invoices are created in the ErgoOffice or ErgoEntrepreneur environment, they are easy to integrate into the automated workflows already in place for other kinds of invoices.
- User-friendliness: the interface of the e-invoicing module is based on the same principles as the other windows of the ErgoOffice and ErgoEntrepreneur applications. This recreates a familiar environment for users, with well-known benchmarks that make it easier for them to get to grips with the tool and manage electronic invoicing.

The e-invoicing module was developed in accordance with the Law which came into force on 13 December 2021 and whose mandatory implementation is being phased in.
